TYPE 5b: 3-Room-Family-Studio

1 parents-bedroom, 1 room for children, 1 bed/living-room with teilweise with gazebo and chimney, bathroom mostly with corner bathtub, seperated toilette, cosmetic mirror, scale, hair dryer, radio, lanline-phone, minibar, alarm clock, babyphone, safe, cable-tv, (sometimes sunny) balcony (approx. 2-10m²), garden furniture, panoramic view; approx. 50m² (up to 6 persons)

TYP 5b*: 3-Room-Family-Studio

Terracebalcony with panoramic view, parents-bedroom, childrens room, living room, bathroom with douche, seperated toilette. approx. 55m² (up to 6 persons)
